Working with more than 23 different whole grains on any given day, Anita\u2019s team uses special techniques to mill, sprout, and blend the grains to maintain nutrition and quality. The mill produces ingredients for pros and hobbyists alike, including all-purpose, buckwheat, rye, pizza, and pastry flours.
